We ship orders anywhere in Canada and the U.S. Please note, Alaska, Hawaii, Yukon, Nunavut, and Northwest Territories require expedited shipping. Please contact us for a quote on expedited shipping prior to placing an order. We do not ship to P.O. box or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping Throughout North America
The price of shipping any product from 1010TIRES.COM depends on the location of the recipient, the location the product is shipped from as well as the weight and size of the order. Each order's shipping charges are calculated in real-time of the purchase and prominently displayed before each order is finalized. You can also estimate shipping by adding products to your shopping cart, entering your postal code or zip code, and then clicking the 'calculate’ button (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut).
You may choose to ship your order to your home address or an approved certified installer if available in your area. We do require a signature upon delivery (no safe drop option).
We do ship internationally. Please refer to the section on Ordering.
Local Pick-Up & Installation
If you live in the Lower Mainland of B.C. or in GTA (Toronto, ON), you may choose to ship the order to one of our retail stores and the shipping is free. Pick-up orders are first pre-authorized for the full amount, but only a $100 deposit will be charged when the order is processed. The remainder of the balance and any additional labour charges will be completed at the time of installation/pick-up at the retail store.
Please call our retail locations to get a quote for labour and installation charges. Government issued identification is required for pick-up orders.
Shipping to a Different Address
We prefer to ship the order to the billing address of the credit card or to one of our certified installers. Please see payment information.
Our Shipping Partners
1010tires.com is partnered with the United Parcel Service (UPS) Standard Ground service, Purolator, Canpar, and Nationex for orders in Canada to deliver the most economical service to our customers. We reserve the right to choose the shipping partner for each order. Orders in the U.S. are shipped using UPS Ground services. International orders outside of the U.S. are shipped by Air Cargo to the nearest airport.

If a product ordered is not in stock and needs to be sourced out, please add 7-10 business days.
During our busiest seasons (fall and spring), order processing time may take up to an additional 5-7 business days.
If we determine that the order will be delayed by more than 10 business days, we will notify you via email.
If you cancel your order during the times described above, please refer to our return/refund policy.
Wheels: When you are buying wheels only, we use the original boxes, when possible. We then add an additional box on the outside for maximum impact protection. The wheel itself is also wrapped in protective plastic, cloth cover, or foam sheet over the face to protect it from cardboard chafing. Depending on the size, wheel boxes are sometimes strapped together in pairs to provide additional protection during shipping (i.e. an order of 4 wheels will contain 2 tracking numbers).
Tires: Tires will be shipped as-is. Tires may be strapped together in pairs, depending on the size of the tire.
Tire and Wheel Packages: For Canadian orders, if you are buying wheels and tires, the tires are mounted on to the wheels and Hunter Road Force balanced before packaging. Then a sheet of foam is placed over the wheel's face, as well as two layers of cardboard. A single layer of cardboard is put on the back of the wheel, and the entire assembly is strapped together with polypropylene strapping. Hardware is sealed in its own small box and securely attached inside one of the wheel / tire assemblies. A label indicating “Hardware Enclosed” will be affixed to the package that contains the hardware.
