Yes, we do. If you live in the Lower Mainland, B.C. area, you can choose a local pick-up option during the check-out process. You can choose to pick up the order at our warehouse (Fees apply) or at any of our local affiliates,such as Volco Tires stores, at no extra charge.

Once your order arrives at the location of your choice, you will be contacted by phone or e-mail. You will be required to bring your ID (ie: Driver’s License, or other government issued ID) to verify your identity in store.

When you pay for your order online with a credit card and choose a local pick-up option, we pre-authorize the payment only. When you arrive at the store, you will need to provide your credit card or another method of payment to complete the transaction. Your credit card will not be charged twice.

If you choose to pay by using the INTERAC option we will collect the payment in full before sending your order to the store for pick-up. Any additional service you require in store will be charged separately at the store.

Yes, we do provide seasonal storage for a nominal charge. Please call your local store for more details.

Generally first come first served, however in the busy seasons (Winter and Spring), it is recommended to schedule ahead of time.

Most vehicles can be completed in 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Yes, we will gladly install anything deemed safe to be installed regardless of where it is purchased. For prices please contact your local store.

Yes we repair all tires except run-flat tires. We follow the Western Canadian Rubber Manufactures Association’s guidelines of repairing tires.

Unfortunately, by the guidelines sent to us by all major tire suppliers, we must only install 4 winter tires.

Yes we are one of the lower mainland’s leading seller of used tires.

Yes we absolutely hand torque and follow the car manufactures specifications for torque guidelines.

Unfortunately we will not install tires that “stretch” unless they are allowed by the tire manufacturer to be installed on the rim.
