"porsche cayanne - 20" - these are good tires but very expensive and only last for 12,000 miles so that eqates to 6 months...you are looking at close to 1700 for tires every six months...i don't care how they ride, thats ridiculous amount of money...go with toyo instead"

"2004 Subaru Forester XT - 225/50R17 - I've been running them @ 28psi which seems to match the lightweight Forester very well. It sticks really well to dry pavement and has a nice rib to protect my expensive Rims. Slightly rounder profile than sports car tires leads to a more forgiving & confidence inspiring break-away at the limit. Very little squealing when they slide. Quiet on smooth pavement, but transmits a lot of road noise to the car on rough pavement, probably another consequence of the stiff sidewalls. It also has a tiny bit of off-road capability which is nice in Colorado. The tread wraps around the side of the tire and has alternating lug height on the sidewall which gives a little bit of extra bite in soft conditions. Good on dirt / gravel / sand. Very good hydroplaning resistence."

"VW Taureg - 275/45 R 19 - Tread wear down to the bars on all four tires in 6300 miles! Poor at best in snow, very poor braking in snow."

"2005 Porsche Cayenne S - no complaints. Got 18,000km (11,000 miles) out of the first set and yes I did drive it in the winter on very light snow with no problems. Handled Pacific Northwest rain rain rain weather like a champ. Don't know how the Bimmer people got 40K miles and 75K km out of their tires, thought."

"porsche cayenne S - 275/45/19 - Great tires until you put on a few miles... at 12K these tires begin to wear fast... I drive 50/50 freeway, around town... rotate every 4k or so... The Porsche is heavy (6400GW) and that has something to do with wear... going bankrupt so looking for new tire...;-0"

"TOUREG V6 TDI - 235/65/17 - Worst tires I ever had. Treadwear is a joke. Lost a patch of tread on one tire without reason. Will replace it soon with 255/60/17 Hankook Ventus, at a third of the price."
