"subaru wrx '06 - 215/45/17 - very good snow tire. I didn't tried it on pure ice but on snow it's the best I've seen. Easy to control at high speed."

"225/55 17 - Fitted to a Maxima 3.5 SL these tires have shown themselves to be an exellent winter tire. Very stable on dry roads and in light snow I thought I was on dry pavement especially when braking."

"2004 Nissan SE-R SpecV - 215/45/17 - Dry handling was not impressive... Snow wise, very impressive. With this size the Dunlop M3 sport whould of been a better choice."

"Mitsubishi - 205/50/R15 - Maybe not the best car vs tire size ratio. I pushed these tires all the way, on icy highway and literaly a foot of snow. I live in Canada and we had all kinds of weather this year. I finished winter with 20500km on the tires, and I had plenty grip left."

"2002 Pontiac Grand Prix - 16" - Had this tire for 4 Canadian winters. Excellent traction all 4 yrs. 4th year, tires were very load on dry pavement. Will definitely put on new Matrix for the next 4 years. Thank you Toyo"

"Acura TL S Type - 215/50R 17 - This is probably my number 15 in winter tire set in my life...this is by far the best of the best tire I ever had. Traveling from Toronto to Montreal, in the Laurentians, North of TO..this tire is excellent on all conditions...black ice, snow and dry road conditions.Where a lot of car could not go, these tires never let me down..they are more expensive but the $200 extra per set of 4 is all worthed!!!! Well done Toyo! "

"audi a4 avant Quattro - 225/50/17 - Good looking tires with a wide tread. Everyone says these are just fine in the wet except for a couple of guys. It's like 20 to 1 in favor of good wet tires. I found them to be not so good in the wet and am not sure why, considering what most everyone has experienced. I find I can break the rear end loose on any wet corner even with AWD. It just slides nicely around, and it's not like I have too much horsepower. Am thinking it's those ground up walnut shells in the tread. My other two speculations as to why I and a few others have no good wet traction and everyone else does is because it has been in the 60s (I just got these tires, so no cold or snow experience) and I have special bilsteins and a sway bar stiffening up the rear. Have read that 45 degrees F is the cross-over where snow and summer tires lose their personality. Still, I have to wonder if everyone really has such good wet traction."

"VW Golf R32 - 215/45/17 - These tires are the ****!! Espcially on ice! It probably handled better on black ice then on dry pavement.. but it does handle very well on dry pavement with minimal wear after 2 seasons of use.. These tires rock!!!!!!!!"

"acura 3.2 TL type S - 215/50/17 - I'm going on my third winter season with these tires....and so far i think they are great. When it comes to driving and stoping in a straight line its a great tire. But when turning its kindah hairy..but hey you'd have to be driving like an idiot to make these tires lose grip. Tread wear is pretty good and there very little noisy"

"mercury grand marquis - 225/60/16 - Best snow I ever had by far. Almost considered not bothering to take them off in the spring. Runs great- smooth and secure at highway speeds- slight whine. This is a performance snow not a 10mph mud/snow lugger. But you won't be stopped if all four wheels are covered."
