"BMW 5-series - Very quiet and comfortable (with 45-series tires), but are very slippery even in dry conditions. Going around corners, the car does not feel solid, and slides sideways (enough to feel uncomfortable). The wet traction is not all that impressive either. Stock 17" Dunlops performed much better."

"Had the T1-S but they got really noisy which is why i tried the proxes 4 and so far I am really pleased with the same grip in wet or dry as the T1-S but much better road noise. The side walls feel a little softer than the T1-S which doesn't inspire as much but still a great tire and with the 300 TW rating the question is why not buy the Proxes 4!"

"2001 Audi S4 - Bought them for treadlife claims. Wet traction is good. However, sidewall is a little soft. Good everyday tire. DEFINITELY NOT Ultra High performance. S03's or T1S's for performance."

"Audi s4 - Had Contiental Sports (stock tire). Proxes are nice, but not as sticky as the contnetal's on wet and dry tracks. Have not driven in snow yet."

"I love these tires!!! They are great at high speeds, and handle great in the rain. I have no idea what these guys EXPECT out of these tires. If you race hard your tires are not going to last!!!! And that is the bottom line!!!! When you purchased the tires you knew they were not going to last more than 30K so stop trippin!!! I love them, I have no complaints."

"2001 Ford Focus ZTS - These tires replaced the stock Firestone Firehawk tires, which had dangerously poor handling in wet road conditions. I've had them now for over 17,000 miles and they handle great and grip the road well for such a light vehicle. "

"g35 - replaced Goodyear GS-D. Much better grip and excellent wet traction in extremely wet Houston weather, better turn in, no noise so far. Very pleased."

"g35 - replaced Goodyear GS-D. Better handling, grip, noise, good turn-in behavior and smooht ride. Same tread compound as the Proxes T1-S so the grip is close. Great price. It's this or Pirelli P Zero Nero M&S for the money. "

"benz 430 sport all opt. - A Good looking tire, rides and handles very good live in MI. as a snow tire am not sure with rear wheel drive and so much power a wide tire even with traction control it little help from fish tailing but I am please with this tire"

"1996 Honda Civic Sedan LX 16" alloys (21lbs) - Somewhat noiser than I'd imagine. Slightly bumpy on my 205/40/16 setup. Grip is great, no need to worry driving fast in the rain, nice cornering, and a great ride for the small profile i got. When they wear out, I will buy them again."

"'03 Nissan Sentra SE-R Spec V - replaced my Continentals this summer (was terrible handling in rain and snow) with the Toyo Proxes 4. They handled great in both dry and wet conditions. Was waiting to see how they handle in the snow. Well, I drove it in 3 inches of snow and 4 inches -- and, both times, no problem at all. I made a fantastic choice in getting these all-season, high performance tires at a great price!"
