"Very nice riding tire, stable turn in response. Allows ample room for mid course correction without un seating the car.Very good braking wet or dry. I have not had a chance yet to activly drive them in the rain, only straight wet roads. They handle standing water well. I have about 3500-4000km so far. I am very happy with them. 1994 945T wagon, RWD, 50/50 distribution."

"equipped on 02 rsx for autocross. first set of racing compound tires, using toyo fz4's before, took over 2 seconds off lap times. recommend a higher pressure or else they will wear down like crazy. got them half way through this years auto-x season and they still have 3/4 of original tread. so they should last through next year's season."

"Excellent tire for auto-x & track use, these wear very well, have a full season on my current set(15 autocross and well over 100 laps at the track plus a thousand KM on the street on a shaved set of RA-1's and they only just have the tread worn off. These tires still have about half a season left. I disagree with several people who run them at high pressure, they do 'feel' a bit better at the higher pressure but lap times drop with the pressure. I run between 32and 35 on autocross and 30-33 at the track and the rears can go as low as 26-28. feels sloppy but it is faster"

"2003 Honda Civic - summer driven and occasional autocross. You can hear the tire hum, but just have to turn up the tunes in the car. "

"1990 Eclipse GSX - These are excellent tires for track and street. Treadwear is great. No autocross yet. I have had SP 8000's and Victoracers and they are unbeatable. The car has 300 hp at the wheels and I have no traction problems. "

"94 Vento GLX - Used RA-1's for track only. Excellent adhesion in dry, fair in wet. These replaced Dunlop 8000e's which were at 2/32nds after one season. Lap times dropped 2 seconds with the RA-1's. They wore well (4/32nds to start and 2/32nds at the end of 12 races)They are an extreamly predictable tire."

"1990 Mitsu. Eclipse GSX - I have over 300 HP and AWD and these tires are the best I have found for a compromise between street and track. They last a long time for R compound and hold up very well. Quiet at the limit and the ride is excellent (no hunting at all). You can't beat these tires for an awd application. I have never lost traction and turn in is awesome. Best tire ever."
