"SAAB 9-3 - 205-55-16 - These tires were wonderful when they were new. I kept them rotated and balanced, but they wore unevenly and became choppy and very noisy after 2 years (27,000 miles). So annoying that I traded them in for a set of Michelins."

"2003 Deville DTS - 235/55R 17 - I had new Proxes TPT tires placed on my car Dec. 2005. Six months later I'm doing research to determine which tire I will purchase to replace them. Road noise is higher than normal. I feel my car sliding on slight bumps on dry roads even at speeds as low as 35 MPH. The worst part is trying to keep the tires balanced. I've had them rebalanced 5 times in 6 months trying to get rid of the annoying vibration. Rebalancing last only several days. I'm tired of feeling and watching my car vibrate. I feel vindicated reading that other TOYO owners have had the same bad experience. This is my first and last set of TOYO tires. I expect more than 6 months, 7000 miles out of a so-called "quality" set of tires!"

"2004 Mazda 6 - 215/50/17 - These are the best tires I think I have ever bought!! I replaced the OE tires with these and have been very happy. Wet handling is outstanding - really pushes water out. Dry handling is also exceptional. I have since put almost 50kms on the tires and the wear appears to be excellent.I know, sounds too good to be true, but, I would recommend these to any one looking for an OE replacement tires on a Mazda 6! I do caution anyone looking to run these in the snow - no way - get a snow tire if you are going with these."

"Nissan 200 maxima se - 225 55 17inch - I use to run mich mxv4 great tire but it has limits ie cornering can you say roooooll over. Not the greatest in rail, snow could be better ok but I recently aquired a set of Toyo proxes and WoW. What a difference a tire makes. These babies smoke great cornering, traction plus,has not rained yet or snowed but I suspect they won`t let me down. Ps I also run these babies on nitrogen not air rides smoooooth. Tires stay cooler in summer."

"97 Nissan 240sx - 195/60 R15 - Excellent handling, superb traction, reduced road noise completly, i had lemans tires on my car before i replaced them with toyo and i can tell the difference, and if you compare price wise you just cant go wrong buying these tires. "

"2002 Mazda MPV ES - 225/55R17 - These tires replaced the original 215/60R17 Dunlops at 36K miles. With 57K miles on them, these look like they are good for another 4 to 5K miles. They have been excellent tires and I will be replacing them with another set of the same. These were quieter than the Dunlops, handled better, and wore much better. I found turn-in to be much better, lateral grip about the same, and braking somewhat improved. Steering feel is better in all respects and braking feels more controlled. The only downside is that the ride suffered a bit. The Toyos thump pretty hard over highway expansion joints and pass through a pretty good jolt. How much is due to the tire and how much is due to it being slightly wider and lower profile, I can't say. I haven't had any experience with them in snow, but they have handled everything else I've thrown at them with aplomb. All in all, this is a great tire for this application. Like I said, I'm buying another set."

"2003 Acura TL-S - 215/50-17 - Greatly improved wet traction and hydroplaning resistance over stock michelins. More lateral grip but worse turn-in response. Don't ride as well as the Michelins due to the fact that they are 3 lbs heavier. Overall a good wet weather tire at the cost of some comfort and responsiveness. Will try Proxes4 next time."

"Acura RL - 215 60R16 - After 43K, I replaced my OEM Michelin MXV4's with the Toyo TPT's. However, after approximately 500 miles, I found the TPT's to be unforgiving. The TPT's performed superbly on the highway, but lack the ride comfort that I had been accustomed to. I felt every vibration and bump. If you are doing mostly highway driving, the TPT's is a good tire and easier on the wallet. I was accustomed to a comfortable ride, and therefore I sought out another tire. The Michelin Energy's MXV4's lack performance in both wet traction and ice traction driving. Therefore, after additional research, I selected the Michelin Pilot Exalto A/S tires. The Pilot Exalto A/S has proven to be a good riding tire, and a very good performance tire. I have already confirmed that it is able to track very well in wet conditions, and its steering responsiveness is awesome. The Michelin Pilot Exalto A/S is a good choice for individuals seeking more in a tire."

"2002 Subaru WRX - 2005 / 55r-16 - Getting ready to put on my second set after 45K miles. Best tire for dry and wet (no hydroplaning). Quiet tire. Does fine on snow, but deep slush you have to be careful. Tones down the WRX ride harshness without loss of control. Glad to be rid of the Bridgestones which were harsh and slippery when wet."

"'95 Camry - 205/65x15 94H - This is second set of Toyo Proxes TPT's. Great tires until complaint regarding a serious fault. All tires gone bad (out of round) after only 25k kms (inflation, rotated and balanced regularly). Warranty claim is seems a joke - - prorating based on inflated MSLP = an expensive 40% usage."

"Subaru Impreza 2.5TS - 205-55-R16 V rated - I purchased this tire 45 days ago Seems like there is an incompatibility between Toyo and Subaru... The car feels terribly loose and wanders on the road all the time at either high or low speeds . The car is all over the place like Bruce mentionned ( as he bought the same tires for the same car ) and is constantly pushed or pulled in any direction in windy conditions. I sometimes feel like I am driving on 3 wheels and cornering is impossible as the front end looks likes it will simply not turn. Impossible to have a relaxed drive as I need to constantly bring the car back in the centre of the lane. Same goes for braking... the car will sway from one side to another before complete stop like the sidewalls were too soft. I'll have to replace them as well with OEM tire manufacturer... Potenza's."

"9-5 SAAB Wagon - 215/55R16 - Smooth ride. Quiet running except for 1 tire thumping..had to replace. Poor traction in snow even tho' the tire says,"M/S". Not bad for the money."
