"2000 Saab 9-5 - A great buy! Very good wet handling, and excellent dry handling. Cushy ride and low noise. Treadwear is good as well. Price makes them a steal, IMHO. Good touring tire and very good for aggressive drving as well. Very good braking response and reaction in emergency maneuvers. I might replace my almost worn out Yokos AVS ES 100 with them."

"Porsche 944 - Previous owner purchased these tires 200 miles before selling car to me. Overall a really solid, grippy feeling. Most important for the coming season is snow traction. We'll see how that works out."

"99 integra - these tires are great for summer driving. as soon as it rains i found myself sliding around. now that it is starting to snow (i live in mtl) these tires are horrible. i've never felt so unstable. i've driven on bridgestones and no-name brands and the latter are better. i just ordered a set of toyo g-02 plus and getting them soon, just hope the snow/ice rain stops so i don't kill myself with these tires."

"Toyota Camry XLE - Tire dealer stated these were tire tires for my car. Super great on all surfaces. Also for those who don't like this tire,these tires might not be the best tire for your car. I wanted another brand of tire and was told they would be dangerous for my car. So go out to a good dealer and they should be able to fine the tire for your car, I didn't know this.Also the other tire would of been more expensive and much less effective. Good Shopping"

"2001 Honda Accord EX V6 Coupe - Well, after about 10k miles on these tires I had them replaced. They were perfect at first. But, I began having a balance problem that couldn't be resolved after at least five visits to my favorite tire store. I'm not sure what the deal was. "Out of round" tire? Throwing weights? I don't know. BUT, I asked them to replace the tires with the same ones (Toyo Proxes TPT) and so far so good. I appreciate the increased quietness over the stock tires. The handling is much improved too. I'm not sure what caused the balance issue... but I will report later if it comes back."

"bonneville ssei - These tires are fabulous. I had Goodyear Eagle's RSA's and they were terrible. Size:235, 55, 17 is a difficult tire to find. I analyzed every tire from every different angle. Finally, I decided on Toyo and I could not be happier. For my vehicle -- they are absolutely awesome."

"2000 Nissan Maxima - These tires provide excellent traction in both wet and dry conditions. Unfortunately, I have found their snow traction to be very poor. In the snow they do a good job of maintaining direction, but are lousy at starting and stopping. It seems that the typical car can stop much faster in the snow than I can with the Proxes. Don't buy these tires if you are going to do much driving in the snow."

"honda civic hatch - Got these tires from local dealer (trinidad )was told the average mileage is 45,000km life span however out here in the caribbean wet got a lot of rain and a lot of sun 34C tarmac temp can be 57C however this tyre stick like glue to the road and is very quiet.IT works well in wet conditions as well try them on a 140km to 0km stop in wet no skiding at all at a stop distance of 200meters wont know about the snow thing we dont get that out here its sunny most days here ps works well on the beach as well does not bog down in sand "

"69 super bee - Changed from BFGoodrich radial T\A'S to 225 60 15 tpt on front , 295 50 15 proxies S\T on rear.My classic Mopar is somewhat modified for pro touring and oh boy what a diference in ride and steering responce.Car is used for shows mostly and summer cruses. This big old car handles amazing.I cant say enough about toyo tires .High quality tires indeed."

"1999 Maxima SE - I was thinlking of selling the car, but decided instead to go for new tires and hold on for a couple of more years. What a difference! The car feels brand new again. Thanks for the real life reviews on this site- they are much more relevant than the experts."

"'99 Passat - 195/65/15 - Died at 40,000 of pretty average driving - bubble developed on sidewall. The UTQG rating is only 400, which should give you an idea of the tread life to expect. Ignore the guarantee."

"2002 Nissan Altima 3.5 5 spd - 225/55/VR17 - 1k so far. Appears to be a very good setup for the car. Much more stable than the turanzas that were on it. Stable at high speeds, blasts through puddles with no hydroplanning. The were difficult to balance to the liking of the car and myself. Same road noise as the Turanza's maybe slightly louder. Steering wheel now provides much more road feedback. If you want a tire that is numb and calm this is not the tire for you! (friend with a maxima said the same thing) It makes you feel everything on the road. Lot's of grip for a 60K tire! My answer to a long lasting summer tire as I run Blizzaks in the winter months."
