Mounted these tires last week. Definitely quieter than the winter tires (Michelin X-Ice 2) that they replaced. Great value for the price. Supposedly decent treadwear rating as well. Great dry traction. Even with manual transmission and FWD, I don't get much tire slip when launching from a stop versus my old all-seasons (Falken Ziex-512). Good wet traction as well. During emergency stops, these tires have a lot more grip to give before skidding and activating ABS compared with the old tires when they were new. Have not tried them in the snow, nor do I plan to. One negative about these is the straight line stability of the vehicle is much worse after mounting these tires. Every bump, crack, and groove on the highway upsets the steering. I'm constantly fighting the tires to keep the car in a straight line. Definitely not an alignment issue, as this was not present when I brought the car into the shop with the X-Ice 2's, nor was it a problem when running the Ziex-512's (and as far as I know, the shop doesn't do anything that would affect alignment anyways). Not really sure what to make of the stability problem. Other than this, it's still a great tire for the price and for what's available in a 15" wheel size. Would recommend.
