King Ranch F150 4x4 bought new with Pirelli 20's ATR and I'm now going to replace with same (Love them) at 46K miles because rubber is getting checked and hard/brittle in L.A. blasting sun although they still have lots of tread wear left! Hate to see them go with so much wear left but prefer rubber to be more pliable in rain for gripping. My tire guy says I could get easy 10K more miles based on thread remaining but I'm changing them to same again! Also have 1997 F150 and on my second set of Wranglers ....tempted by Michelin but sticking to what I know for sure.
I bought these tires right around 65,000 miles and I will be replacing them tomorrow with the same tires! I have had wonderful mileage with these. Much better than the original tires that came on the truck. I have about 85,000 miles on these tires. By far more than any other tire I have tried on any vehicle I've owned. I live in Texas so there is only a few times a year I I have to worry about icing but the few times we went to New Mexico they handled the ice and snow better than expected. I contribute the high mileage I have gotten out of these tires to the fact that I have them rotated EVERY time I change the oil. They handle wet pavement wonderfully and road noise is at a minimum. They stick to the road and my truck handles great. They are not the greatest in the mud but I have toys made for the mud. I highly recommend these tires and recommend everyone rotate at least every 5,000 miles and see how long they really can last. Also please be safe and check your air pressures often. Thank You.
Absolutely terrible on any snow on roads, barely had any traction and even in 4x4 it didn't help much. I live in northern BC and i now have to go pay for some winter tires that can actually turn a corner at 10 km/h. Good in summer though doesn't live up to the A/T. Didn't take off road.
I went from Toto M/T's to these tires and am very pleased. The toyos sucked in snow and were really noisy. These tires are smooth, quiet, and great in snow. I have about 8k miles on em and have noticed only slight wear. I also gained a mile or two in fuel econ. They are on a 2006 F150 which is my hunting, towing, family, and daily driver. No complaints here.
Just bought these tires and love them. I run a 6" lift with 315x70x17 tires and the road noise in nothing like I expected, (very quiet). The grip on the road is great on both wet and dry. I would recommend these tires to anyone in the market for this type of tire. Good luck and happy motoring.
The tires have a little over 20,000 miles on them, and they appear to have plenty of tread left on them. He is my issue with them, they are falling to pieces chunks of tread are disappearing leaving bad spots in them. I M also dealing with rock breaks with them. I would estimate them to having 50% of the tread left, and they are complete junk. I am going to have to replace them soon, and may be sooner if I keep getting rock breaks in them. The tires were new when I bought the pick up 2 years ago. Good thing I did not buy them, but in a way I did when I paid for the pick up.
