Very sticky tires, great handling and great in the rain. They come with an alignment indicator so you know where your tires are wearing out the most

 Kumho Ecsta 4X II

The Kuhmo Ecsta 4X II tires that I purchased from 1010 were mounted and balanced at a KAL TIRE shop in Edmonton and then I installed them on the vehicle on April 17, 2016. They are size 225/40ZR18 92W and mounted on Rays Engineering Mazda Speed, forged 18" x 7.5" rims on a 2006 Mazda 3 Sport GT. They now have now accumulated 10,943 km (6,800 miles) to August 25, 2016. They have been driven on old asphalt, both clean and dirty, and new oily asphalt when both were wet and dry and in temperatures from just above freezing to 28C. Some of the older asphalt had broken, cracked washboard portions. They performed very well both driving at city/ town speed and at highway speed. They corner and brake well and do not seem to suffer from tramlining on grooved cement when wet or dry. They seem to be wearing well and evenly. They are quiet for a 40 series tire compared to other brands that I have used. They perform well in pouring rain and did not hydroplane. I have driven them in wet sleeting conditions but have not driven them on snow. Overall I am very pleased with these tires and would buy another set of the same tire. I am a confident, experienced driver and sometimes drive quite aggressively. You may use this in your tire review. I would give them a 4 across the board except for snow, because I just do not know.

Good snow tires. grips on slush dry and wet snow. Deep snow? No problem. But when it rains? Pretty bad I'd say I lose a lot of traction. The road noise is ok only if the windows are up . I've had quieter snow tires in the past. I've had them on for 3 winter seasons (Average 3 months mounted each) and they've reduced to 5/32nd so tread wear isn't great on these.

Great in dry weather, found them to be very sticky when new. In rain can be good . Snow forget it 100% useless, I live in Maine will not purchase again.
