 Goodyear Assurance Fuel Max

good news: the tires are quieter than prior tires and mileage did not change even though these are new tires, so I expect better then the prior (average 41 mpg overall) with this new tire once it wears in a little. Bad news: these tires have very soft sidewalls which affect handling a lot! My prior grand touring tires did product a harder ride but had outstanding performance in handling. With the old tires if you wiggled the wheel the car acted like a go cart with instant response. With the new Gas saver tire when you wiggle the wheel the car does nothing, the sidewalls absorb the driver input with it's softwall flex ! it has what I call a soft loose play in the wheel leaving you with a disconnect feel of the road. Additionally, due to the soft sidewalls and tread design the car wanders on the roads that have rain groves (most of all California freeways)! If you hold the wheel firmly in a straight line the car still wants to wiggle right and left. I can make some people car sick. Pressure in tires are at MAX. with no real improvement. Sorry I purchased this tires. I would gladly trade the 2 mpg improvement (maybe) for the performance handling and non road tracking I had before. Lastly, I paid almost twice as much for this tires then my Kumo grand touring tires which lasted 65,000 miles and had at least 5-10K left in them. I would not recommend this tire ever. Reports from other users comment that tread wear is poor and many have had sidewall issues. DO NOT BUY THIS TIRES. Cannot wait it they wear out, they are getting replaced asap. Side Note: I have 100,000 miles on my Prius and this is my third set of tires. I have tested tires in a prior life for road handling and in my book, the trade-offs on this tires are not worth it.

 Nexen N5000

Bought these to replace some worn Goodyears on my used Prius. The ride comfort and quality immediately improved. The Nexen tires are quiet and grip the road well. They also made our Prius run less like a carriage and more like a real car. The biggest problem though is the MPG went down about 5-8 mpg. Not sure if it is because the tires are just not warn in enough or what. Time will tell but for the price, I like the tires.

 Michelin Harmony

I bought these to replace Kumho H rated tires. Always been a fan of Michelin tires. These just don't work as well as the Kumho tire I wore out. Car handled well, now it is so tiring to keep it in the road. I took the car to my Toyota dealer for alignment. Still no improvement. I took it to a local tire company to align -- they said alignment is fine. Must be tires just a bad choice for Prius. Wish I had taken Michelin up on 30 day refund.
