These tires were always meant to be used off road and never on road. With that being said, these tires perform well in muddy conditions along with areas covered in sand. Once these tires hit the road you realize that it is a noisy and uncomfortable tire. You will feel almost every imperfection on the road multiplied by ten. Another problem with this tire is that it has a short tread life. Everyday city driving will probably give you about three years of use. If you are looking for tires for a vehicle that sees off road use frequently, then purchase a set. But if you are going to use your vehicle on road then purchase an HT tire like the Michelin M/S or the Toyo Open Country HT.

Have these tires under the falken high country name. Tires have great initial attributes for traction, tread depth, and noise levels. I currently have 43km on them and will be likely done by 50km the phasing/droning sound has increased considerably along with the Vibration levels. I will look to a different tire as it feels like I just put this set on and nearly all the tread sipes have disappeared. Centre tread is nearly smooth and close to wear bars..
