Purchased Michelin Latitude tires a year ago. From the time I drove out of the tire shop, I noticed the noise. My Mercury SUV sounded like a 4-wheel drive truck heading for a mud slinging jaunt across an open field. I could also feel a steady vibration through the floorboard of the vehicle. Not what I was looking for. I decided to give the tires a fair chance, thinking maybe they'd quiet down and smooth out as they wore in. Didn't happen. So after 14 months, I returned to Belle Tire. The store manager took a ride with me and agreed there had to be something wrong with the tires. So they're replacing them at no cost.
