I wanted an aggressive tire for my Jeep and after researching I chose this tire. Discount tire was able to fit it to my original rims. They make my Jeep much more aggressive looking and im more confident going off road. They handle very well on gravel and on light rocks but aren't very good in think l thick mud. Testing them in rain they've handled very well but I haven't had snow yet here in Colorado. I don't have a lot of experience with other off-road or all terrain tires but these are great for my needs which include going off road camping and hiking as well as messing around in the occasional mud I find though it's rare in the 303. I wouldn't hesitate to buy a set of these and would definitely recommend. After 4 months they do still look new.
Wrangler SRA came stock on my Jeep Patriot. I drove them down almost to the wear indicator after 130k. They are a versatile tire that last a long time. I live on the Canadian prairies and I don't understand all the negative reviews about poor traction in snow. I have seen it all and these tires are just fine on snow and ice. Here's my advice: if you are sliding all over in the snow, stop driving like a donkey because it's probably not your tires.
