I was a little apprehensive to buy these snow tires seeing mixed reviews. Let me assure you, these are great on snow, slush, and ice. I actually have the sxt with19" tires OE, so a 65 with 17" rims fit great. I can only give 4s in handling and comfort, as the deep treads are what they are, and cornering suffers as it will with any snow tire. But these things slice through the snow and slush with ease, so "handling" in Canadian winter is fantastic.
Switched from my Kumho tire to get better traction as I drive on gravel roads with snow and mud and the factory tires have terrible grip. One thing we loved about our Dodge Journey was the smooth quiet ride. That is now totally gone. You can feel every tiny pebble with these harsh riding tires and they are really noisy. We no longer care for our ride that much anymore :-( Would never buy again. I realize we dropped a profile, but still.
When i ear you guys say that these tires suck in snow i wonder, why would you use summer tires for winter, thats why they make winter tires ,buy some winter tires for winter and summer tires for summer. These tire are much metter then my OEM (Kumo's)
