I first put these tires on the front of my 1999 Chrysler 300. They were EXCELLENT tires in Wisconsin winters. Last fall I put these on the front of my 09 Fusion. Never had any trouble all winter long. They are a little noiser than my summer tires but that's to be expected. My average MPH dropped from 31 to 28 but that's with winter gas and warming up when its cold. I also have them on my 1998 Ranger and have run them winter and summer. They have been great tires on all three vehicles.
Havent put a ton of km on these tires yet but they are smooth quiet and comfortable..I put them on a little bit early for Saskatchewan weather so drove a couple times in the snow and they did pretty good but I bought them for summer tires and they have great dry weather traction not much wheel spin on hard acceleration from a dead stop with manual transmission...I drive 40 mins a day one way for work and driven through some pretty heavy rain and I haven't had any issues with hydroplaning yet...I bought these tires based on other reviews and I'm happy to say that I'm not disappointed with my choice at all...great tires don't let the name fool you
This tire does not last anywhere near as long as it should. It's lasted about 50k miles and was supposed to last 90k. I probably should have changed my tires 5k to 10k miles ago, as I was just told the tread is dangerously low. The tires were nice when they were new.
After 15,000 miles the tires still look new. I've never had a problem with them in snow-they're not snow tires, but if you drive like you should in snow they're fine. The handling is very good but at the expense of ride. Immediately after getting them I noticed my car rode much harder and had rattles it never had before. Not sure I'll buy again, might if they last a long time but the relatively high price and poor ride will make me at least consider others first.
