 Kumho Wintercraft WP71

**Haven't had them too long, haven't gotten any snow yet either. Ignore treadwear/snow rating.** With that said they are quiet which is awesome. The last car I had with hankook winters sounded like hell. They ride and handle well, not much more to say until more time passes and snow falls. So far they seem pretty good and I like how the tread pattern looks. Rebate was nice as well.

 Cooper CS4 TOURING

Had a set of 4 installed on my Honda Accord. Tires were great at first. As time went on these tires became louder and louder. The tire shop said the silica compounds harden over time along with tread design make it up the noise. Good mid range price point replacement tire.

 General G-MAX AS-03

I had these tires installed at the beginning of April.I read the reviews and hesitated because of the reported noise issues. I must say I am very pleased with these tires. I usually buy high end tires but decided to try a less known brand as I prepare for retirement. These tires are head and shoulders above the Michelin tires that came with the car. I have Nokia tires on my other car and the G-max generate a lot less noise. I find they ride better than the Potenza's on my wife's car. In the rain they are as good as any tire I have owned and I tried them all. That being said I do slow down to just over the speed limit in the rain. It's been raining hard here the last week and no Hydroplaning or slipping to report. I only have about 5k on them so it is kind of early to say how they will perform over time, but right now I would not hesitate to recommend them. I won't rate them on snow as I not crazy enough to run 4 season tires in the winter. They will come off at the end of November.
