 Toyo Open Country G-02 plus

These tire have got to be the worst I've ever owned. From day one I have had a vibration that seemed to point to one tire. It had been balance many times with little improvement. I even had the wheel and tire put through a dynamic balance. The dealer called Toyo service and got and they wanted me to buy a new tire and then if their testing verified that there was something wrong I would get a tire, at a prorated price. I already spent too much time and money trying to balance this tire. I'll suffer until I have to replace all four tires and change brands. The unfortunate thing is the damned tires still have lots of tread after 7 winters. The dealer told me that their customer service was so poor that they were not going to carry Toyo anymore. Michelin on the other hand would have replaced the tire without any questions. I would never recommend Toyo to anyone!!

 Yokohama Avid Ascend

I damaged one of the OEM tires while on the road at a distance from home. Given that the tires were nearing end of life, I bought a whole new set. It was either Michelin Defenders, or Yokohama Avid Ascend. The dealer and the literature promised a quieter ride and better gas mileage. They were both right. Very pleased with them so far, after 80K km (50K miles). Have not driven them in the snow, so I cannot rate that. I put in a four to get the system to accept the review.

 Bridgestone Dueler H-T 470

My wife has over 85,000 miles on these tires. They are on a 2010 crv we bought brand new. If you are not getting 50,000 miles out of them your road conditions or driving habits are to blame.

 Bridgestone Dueler H-L Alenza

This is without a doubt the worst tire I have ever owned and I have driven over a million miles in my lifetime. The ride is rough and the noise level is so high you can't even carry on a conversation when the people sitting in the back seat. They are miserable on a long tire. My advise is avoid these tires, PERIOD.

 Yokohama Avid Envigor

Worthless in snow and ice conditions. I'll have to replace before next winter here in the Chicago area.
