They are a little noisy but the performance is worth it.
Ride is a bit firm but the suspension is tuned that way so that is not a factor for me.
Sidewalls look new after almost 7 years -- I garage the car and that helps.
Traction (wet and dry) is excellent. If a curve is marked 50 mph, these will round it at 70 with ease. Control is solid and there is no squeal.
My tires would probably last another 10000 miles with ease, but they are on sale so I am going to replace now in kind. Why mess with success?
By the way my last set on my Eldorado went 90,000 miles and had safe tread remaining.
I came off a set of Goodyear Eagles that I got 35,000 miles on and they were down to 3/32 near bald . These Firestones are Quieter and the car handles much better I've had them on for 16 months. The tire depth measures 10/32. Which is near a new tire. 16,000 mi on them. These are good tires
