These tires are decent for the price you pay. I would not recommend using them in the winter based on their performance in wet conditions (i would rate 0 if i could for snow). If you live in Canada or in any of the northern states do not buy these tires. If you live in an area with frequent rainfall or where there is moisture on the roads commonly then do not buy these tires. Their wet performance is absolutely awful, on the border of dangerous. I told my wife not to drive the vehicle in the rain, especially with our son in car seat, if it was raining or there was any chance of rain in the near future. They are quick to hydroplane and generally perform poorly in wet conditions. Braking, handling, and takeoff in the rain is poor. The car feels like it's on a cloud in wet conditions which is a bad feeling. Based on their wet performance I would not recommend them for winter use. Do not buy these tires unless you live in the south where it's always warm and seldom see rain.
Super quiet. I have 245/40/19 tires on the Jag. They ride so smooth and quiet and have great grip. Both on dry and wet roads.
They feel a hair less sporty than the previous Hankook Ventus v12 tires I had on the car prior. Have a bit more of a touring feel to them. A little softer cornering than the Hankooks, but still very nice feel.
Fantastic at high speeds. They balanced very well and took only a little weight.
No snow time, and only about a 1000 miles on them so far. So I can't rate the snow ability or treadwear just yet. So I gave them a 1, since I had to choose something.
I feel like they will be fine as far as treadwear goes. And they should do OK in the snow based on the tread design.
I would buy them again.
