Put these on a 2012 Corolla due to heavy snow fall in the Midwest region. They preformed excellent in the snow, and in the wet, they are a little noisy and hard on the bumps but they do have a 80,000 tread life warranty if maintained properly. With this tire you will have to worry about a tune up before a tire change or sell the car twice before buying new tires. Great tire and performance for the price.
I have been running on Observe tires for many years and on many Toyota sedans. I grew up in the Mt Shasta area and know about winter in the mountains. I have never gotten stuck in the winter with a properly equipped car. The right tires, and a set of fitted chains is standard equipment. 4 out of 5 of my vehicles have Observe tires (Not the Ford pickup).
