Best winter tire I've ever had! It grips well in the snow, I have tried to spin out in the snow by taking corners without braking but I can't, the traction is excellent! After 4 winters (use the tires 5 months per year) they still have a lot of tread. They are stable on the highway at high speeds (125km/h +) and I feel safe in snow, rain and dry pavement. They handled the southern Ontario winters perfectly. They give a smooth quiet ride. I would definitely buy them again.
Best tires I've ever ridden on, great for cornering, grips like glue, no squealing sound when hard cornering
Great control for drifting, and the tire doesn't melt away like other brands, this tire can ride hard like a rock, but still nice and soft for regular rides, it's great tire for sporty application.
Tires that doesn't wear out after drifting and hard cornering have to be quite hard, I wouldn't recommend it for Winter.
No problem with wet, or rainy conditions, rides quite nicely over large pool of water in the highway and regular road, no hydro planning, or slipping.
One of the 4 tires is leaking air, probably punctured, lots of construction areas I drive by often, so it is of no surprise. However what did surprise me is the noise it makes when the air is low pressure, is really weird, loud, and almost mechanical like.
If the tires are properly aired/pressured, then it rides mostly quiet, but you can still hear the treads if you have the window down.
I have driven other vehicles this winter with Goodyear and Michelin winter tires and they couldn't even come close to these tires. I have had other Toyo winter tires before OCG02's and loved them too on my Mustang GT. Yeah they are noisy at highway speeds but what's better, Safety and some road noise or upside down in the ditch?
