I like having a little fun here and there driving but, if I want to shoot off from the lights in the dry I get poor traction at the best of times which I can live with.
However, my bigger issue is that in the wet this tire makes you want to use public transport. To say below standards is actually over stating the true position of this tire if you have even the slightest intention of driving a little spirited.
However, you get what you pay for so I cannot really complain.
Not a safe tire in the snow, my Mazda 3 AWD slides into corners on all types of snow. Stopping on snow is horrible, a dangerous tire. 400kms, two Nova Scotia snow storms, going to sell them on Kijiji after this post
Excellent tire for suburban winters. Great on dry roads or with little snow. Very quiet. They struggle a little in the deep stuff due to tight block spacing. Highly recommended for everything except really heavy/deep snow
