I switched from Sailun ICE BLAZER WST1 to the Michelin Primacy Alpin PA3 this winter, expecting the Michelins to outperform the Sailun's in the snow. The most noticeable improvement is that the Michelins are a lot quieter, but other than this aspect I was hugely disappointed by the Primacy Alpin PA3s, especially in snow. They would slide out even in slushy snow, something I never experienced with the Chinese-made Sailuns in thin snow. Don't get these tires if you get a lot of snow in your city! The other aspect of these tires that I didn't like was that they ride surprisingly harsh for an H-rated tire.
