The all-terrain that KOs the competition. What it is:The tire that invented the all-terrain category remains the race-winning standard for on- and off-road performance, great mileage and a bold look that transforms the appearance of any vehicle you put it on. Who it’s for: Pickup, jeep and SUV owners who want to step up in looks and true all-terrain on- and off-road performance from their original equipment tires.

  • ShoulderLock™ technology (upper sidewall traction bars, 40% wider shoulder grooves): Maximizes "aired down" traction and steering control in deep dirt, mud and sand; provides more aggressive appearance; reduces noise, and minimizes hydroplaning.
  • Longer tread life (up to 12%), enhanced resistance to irregular wear and better traction provided by dual tread radius with advanced profile design that improves stress distribution.
  • Excellent traction and handling on- and off-road; improved traction, greater gravel wear resistance and decreased stone retention all delivered by aggressive, high void all-terrain tread design with interlocking tread elements, innovative siping and stabilized tread center.
  • TriGard® three-ply construction delivers exceptional bruise resistance under the tread and in the sidewall.
  • Precise steering response and cornering control, plus excellent bruise and puncture resistance provided by tread-stiffening two full-width steel belts.
  • Improved ride

worst tires I have ever purchased. they are not stable in a corner on the highway. I will not tow my enclosed car trailer with these on for fear of jackknifing the combination.

Good all around tires, but seem to wear quickly if you're not disciplined about rotating your tires REGULARLY.

I'm very impressed with BFG All Terrains. My family has owned 3 sets of them in the last 10 years and they are killer. They last about 40,000-50,000 miles, they clean out well in the mud, they don't totally destroy your gas mileage, they are relatively quiet on the road, and they look pretty good. If you use your vehicle for hunting a few days outta the year and drive on the road other than for those times, I would highly recommend this tire.

Decent a/t tire but they THROW ROCKS like no other. Running 285/75s on my lifted Tundra at about 75%. Wear is great and road noise is acceptable. Off road is pretty decent but I don't like to push my daily driver to its limits too often. The only downside is that I now will be rhino lining my wheel wells and touch up painting all over my truck because of the rock nicks caused by these tires. For the price I paid I'm a little disappointed about that. Just driving through a small patch of gravel will imbed the rocks in the tread until they get knocked out at speed and scrape up your paint. If you have aggressive wheels that stick out I would think twice before buying these. I'll be selling these and going back Kumho MTs ($60 less per tire too)
