Great snow tires. Obviously not comparable to summer performance tires, but for winter safety and snow and ice traction they are unbeatable. Treadwear on past Blizzak's has not been good. I have only driven 1000 km on this current set.

So far so good in the rain and dry pavement as no snow yet late Dec 2015 but can't submit review without scoring snow so based on my research I would give it at least a 4. Overall great handling tires even at higher speeds before I realized I had recently changed to snow tires and notched it back a bit!... Acceleration during turns in the rain does kick on the stability control system even with "rain/snow" mode selected but no appreciable rear drift or line change. No visible wear but only 1K miles logged. Much more confident wear, will be better than Michelins. Only other tire I considered at this size was Continental ContiWinterContact TS 830 but it was discontinued? Very happy with my choice of Blizzaks. Thank you Bridgestone.

I have a 2006 Dodge Charger SRT-8 and winter driving is not one of this car's strong points even with these tires. A lot of rear wheel drive power is the problem. That being said, I drove them all last winter including a 1000 mile road trip and they performed excellently. Places where I would have been sliding or stopped completely with my regular tires were no problem at all and I feel very confident with them. Even though I rated them 3 out of 5 on dry, they are very controllable and predictable and my regular tires (which are summer performance tires) have tremendous traction in normal warm season driving. If I did not have those tires to compare the Blizzak to, I would rate them higher on dry.
