I can only add to the list of complaints about road noise. I've owned several different tire makes and this is my first and last experience I will have with Dunlop. I wouldn't recommend this tire to anyone since there are a lot of other better tire manufacturers out there offering equivalently priced or lower priced tires with better performance and overall satisfaction.

car skid.
didnt have this problem when i was using the goodyear tires.
once i put the goodyear to the back and new tire to the front
the steering seems to have a bit weird, sometimes grip well, but sometime not. when do a faster corner, grip loses on one side, make the car unpredictable. back then i was using the goodyear, nothing like that happened at all, even same corner with higher speed

I recently bought four new Dunlop tires in Israel. One of them burst upon hitting a protruding sidewalk in the dark. I replaced it at my expense. I found another tire flat one morning with no apparent damage. It turned out to have a manufacturing defect but the manufacturer's Israeli agent refuses to honor the warranty and the Japanese manufacturer refuses to do anything about it. Goodyear Dunlop USA and Goodyear Dunlop Europe have ignored all my messages. Never buy Dunlop tires.

These tires were on the car when I purchased it. I mentioned a vibration and was told they were new tires with less than 1000klm on them and should be re-balanced. Tire shop tried several times to balance them without success. On close inspection discovered two of the tires where NOT ROUND?? Replaced all four with Michelins.

These tires are on my used fwd Outlander with traction control, I purchased last year. I have put on roughly 15,000 miles in all varieties of driving conditions. First, the pros of the tire are excellent treadwear. I assume these tires were on my vehicle since day one. With 30,000 miles on them, the tread is still deep, and the tires almost look brand new. They also handle well in rainy conditions. I very rarely slide, or lose traction in light or heavy rain. On dry pavement, they also handle relatively well. So, for 7 months out of the year, these tires are great. However, the winter driving is not so great with these.
The snow and ice is where these tires fail for me. It almost seems there is no traction what so ever on ice, or little snow fall. They always spin out, causing my traction control to kick in. I just feel like I'm sliding all over the place, and have to drive extra slow whenever snow accumulates and gets compacted on the road. I wouldn't think this would be the case with how much tread is left. I've tried running on lower tire pressure and higher, and it doesn't seem to make a difference.
I would have loved to keep these on, but have recently purchased new Michelin Defenders. Apparently, they are supposed to be a much better all season tire.
