The AZENIS FK453 is the latest generation of Falken´s steadfast Ultra High Performance tire, available in a wide array of diameters, from 17-inch to 22-inch, along with staggered widths, making this tire versatile, resourceful, dynamic, and powerful. In addition, FK453 features the latest developments in noise-absorption technology, and incorporates a high silica compound that presents better dry and wet grip. The multiple nylon-reinforced layers allow for better high-speed stability, an important asset based on the driver´s exacting demands.

  • A NEW SILICA COMPOUND for better dry and wet grip.
  • SPECIAL "FALKEN FEATURE" F-ARROW IDENTITY brand new sideway that enhances the overall look of the tire.
  • THREE WIDE CIRCUMFERENTIAL GROOVES effectively evacuate water and significantly improve hydroplaning resistance for outstanding wet handling.
  • MULTIPLE NYLON REINFORCED LAYERS designed for better high speed stability, plus new optimized casing profile offers better contact with the road for increased handling, particularly in the area of lane change maneuvers.
  • ASYMMETRIC TREAD DESIGN with large outside shoulder blocks, provide enhanced cornering and better braking traction while reducing tire noise.

Almost as good as P zero nero all season. Had grip for first summer. Now at the end of the season, not as good and this is in temps. above 10 C. Like the Pirellis they are only good for one season on this car. The Pirellis will last indefinitely on the fronts. These Falkens may last another two seasons if put on front. They have never been driven in the snow.

Bought these in Mar/ Apr 2014 for use in summer.... Love the handling in dry or wet roads, not much road noise... Unfortunately after just 2 summers, I'll need a new set of tires after this winter... Such a shame for the treadwear....

I really wanted to like this tire. Excellent grip in dry roads, no road noise at all, handling was great, but the really downside of these tires are the tread wear!! I only used them for 2 summers and i am already down to 3/32nds! . I only gun my car from a stoplight at least twice a month. that's it!. This is really a great tire if you don't mind changing tires every 2 years. Time to look for another tire that would have better tread wear than these.

Quite impressed thus far with this tire. For a car driven daily on public roads it appears to be an excellent balance of handling and comfort. Dry Grip - very good grip in dry. Turn-in is a little vague compared to premium performance tires but grip is progressive and predictable. No tendency to tram-line noted. Wet Grip/ - have about 250km in rain and the tire seems competent with no tendency to aquaplane at highway speed and more than acceptable cornering grip. Comfort and Noise are where this tire shines - the tire is significantly quieter and less harsh over expansion joints and cracks than other tires I have used. I suspect a softer sidewall that contributes to this and results in the slightly less sharp handling. No snow experience nor will it ever have it.
