The tires when new throw gravels really bad and will chip your paint without mudflaps. The wear rate is fast, even with conservative driving. I am trying hard to get 30,000 out of a set of 285/70/17 10 ply. I do tow a fifth wheel from time to time. I was hoping for at least 40,000 miles. It is a very nice looking tire on the truck but the wear life is not what I was expecting.

I've installed 235/75R15 with a lift kit on my AWD. I've only done about 4000 km so far but I've been on gravel roads and rocks don't stay in them. Dry roads very quiet and wet conditions no aquaplane . First snowstorm this morning in Quebec. I've got to tell you I've had many cars in my life and many kinds of tires and I wouldn't buy any other winter tires ever, if I could get these in the sizes I need . Very good tire, I recommend them.

Fresh midwest slush and black ice with a 2WD, no weight in the bed. Everyone is spinning tires around me and still feel confident when these AT2 tires. They grip, no joke.

I KNOW snow driving!! I live in Northern BC and work in the mountains so I drive on snow 6 months of the year. Powder, hard pack, slush, ice, deep or wind blown the Grabber AT2's are awesome. I run them year round, keep them on a regular rotation schedule and they wear and last very well. A great tire.
