Im the ower of C & S Performance in Cranbrook,b.c and i would just like to say im very pleased with the customer service at 1010tires Richmond.
I got these tires installed and drove 12Hr back to cranbrook in heavy vancouver rain, but was disappointed in the snow on the crowesnest highway.
Good all around tire but isnt designed for deep heavy snow, so please be cautious and watch your road condition.

I got these "Snow Tire" as I moved from Vancouver to Calgary. I thought they were doing fine until I found myself sliding as much as All Season guys do!
These tires were decent in first year, but snow/ice grip tumbled down from 2nd year. At 3rd year, they are no difference from old all seasons. In fact it become nothing but DENGEROUS!
You might save a few bucks at purchase but will risk your life after a while.
After my wife almost had accident sliding into intersection, I decided get rid of these Hankooks and go for Bllizack or Nokian.
Life is more valuable than saving a few bucks after all.

Great Tire in the snow. Grid is very good and they handle well in slippery conditions. Made it up several steep icy hills while others are just spinning their tires.
I drive with care and caution in snow (not slow but, not a lead foot either) and they are on an AWD Subaru Forester so that may effect my view.
I have the Hankook iPike on a Toyota Matrix (FWD) and they don't compare, a lot of slipping when I hit the gas...Overall the W300 is a much better tire.

Two years and 32,000 miles and I give up. Could not get these balanced from the start. 2006 Toyota Camry would get wobbly at highway speeds (65-75mph) and the steering wheel and passenger seat were shaking. They are completely safe, but the feeling is not what you want on interstate travel. It's a shame because they still have 6/32's left and I might have gone another year (12.000 miles) with no problem. Sorry Hankook, I cannot recommend this tire and will not buy any more Hankook tires.
