WOULD NOT RECCOMEND. Using proper inflation the car wiggles on any groved pavement. at 23,000 miles and proper rotation and inflation the tires are extreemly NOISEY. Tread is feathered and i expect will start cupping. The dealer says he has had numerous complaints and Hancook has been very poor to do anything about it.

I have had these on for about 2 years (20,000 miles). They perform just about comparable to my previous Bridgestones. I wanted a quiet tire, these are noisy. I wanted a comfortable ride, these ride hard. They have performed well in Seattle's wet weather. I feel I paid too much for what I think are only a bit above average. ($650 after $50 rebate).

Just purchased this Passat....what a value! Didn't realize tires could
make such a difference in the cabin comfort....WOW are these QUIET!
They are impressive in cornering too.
I continue to read about people upset they didn't get 60,70,100K miles
out of tires...really? I wouldn't take ANY tire over 40K miles...you want
as much rubber between you and the road as possible...why take that
risk to save a little money? It's a tire for gosh sakes, look at what it's
subjected to! I can't realistically rate "wet, snow, or treadwear, and I am
not going to lower the rating on this review by doing so.(with a 1 rating)

These tires were good when new, but I have less than 50,000 miles and they are worn out. I rotated every 5,000 miles and drive 60 miles per day. I would not recommend these tires to anyone as they are overpriced and did not wear good at all. I have never been so disappointed in a tire in my live as I was expecting to get at least 75,000 miles from them.

Starting at 20K miles-noise. Tried everything, inflation, rotate, etc., still noisey to the point you couldn't stand it anymore. After a long trip, all four started to cup on the edges. I rotated them every 5,000 miles and kept the inflation up to 40 psi. Replaced these with Michelins.
I will never buy these Hankook pieces of crap again. Learned my lesson-if you spend less than $150 per tire, you're asking for trouble.
