The Ventus V2 concept2 is a new concept in High Performance All-Season driving. It provides dynamic style along with exceptional performance. An optimized tire profile design helps to minimize deformation of the tire´s contact patch offering improved handling performance and durability.

  • A High-Density Nylon Reinforced Belt design has been incorporated into the Ventus V2 concept2 to aid in maintaining optimal tire contact pressure, maximizing overall cornering and handling performance.
  • A 3D tread block design and solid center rib have been incorporated into the Ventus V2 concept2 to provide optimal braking and handling performance.
  • A Noise Control Block has been designed into the shoulder tread of the Ventus V2 concept2 to help minimize unwanted road noise. Optimal Kerf Design helps to control both noise and wear by providing uniform block stiffness. Straight rib blocks located on the tire´s shoulder help to control frictional noise.
  • Excellent contact patch water drainage performance is achieved by incorporating four wide, straight circumferential grooves and a V-shaped pattern design. 4 wide main grooves offer optimal handling performance in wet conditions
  • The Visual Alignment Indicator (VAI) siping system offers drivers an easy way to check tire alignment by comparing tire wear on both the inside and outside of the tire´s contact patch.

great all around tire. came on a newly purchased 2004 used acura rl fully loaded sedan i just bought 2 months ago. usually in the past i would have changed these cheaper dealer supplied tires out for a michelin defender/michelin primacy mxv4 or a michelin pilo sport a/s 3 tire. Which are some of the best tires in the world and help with the terrible potholes and rutts of our california roads and freeways out here. But these tires were a surprise to me. They feel good and drive good. But in all fairness i an a mild driver and not too aggresive at the wheel. Just want to get from point a to point b. So not sure how they would do with an aggressive driver with an agressive suspended car. Also the tire rating chart is misleading for me. I really can't respond to anything other than handling comfort and noise. We don't get a lot of wet/snow out here in california unless you live in the mountains here. Also not sure about the dry and treadwear since i have only had them for two months. So since this website doesn't have a N/A on the chart. You are forced to give an answer.

I love these tires. Previous tires were Toyo Luxury Touring and Blizzak tires for the winter. I just replaced the front tires and I see a HUGE difference. On my Mazda 3, it's nearly impossible to lose traction on a straight line with the foot to the floor, EVEN WHEN RAINING. For cornering, the maximum speed before sliding is greatly improved. Same for braking: ABS basically never kicks in. Haven't tried on snow yet but it is probably "OK" for this category of tires haha. Bonus: I really like how the tire LOOKS, there is like a solid band on the middle that looks really cool.

These tires are garbage. They didn't handle well in the dry and in the rain it was straight up unsafe. I think the tire compound was too hard and didn't allow it any grip. These hydroplaned everywhere in the wet. They rode harsh and were very noisy for whatever reason. I wouldn't wish these on anyone. I didn't use these in the snow and didn't really drive on them long enough to notice treadwear patterns.
