These were great the first winter I used them, but a completely different story the second. They were hardly better than all seasons after being stored properly in a shed. I even hit a curb one morning with lightly frosted pavement on a corner I took every day. Just couldn't get the braking/steering grip I expected from them.

I bought these last year and was recommended by the tire specialist. Couldn't believe the traction on them! Last winter when I was at a stop light turning left, so much slush and snow...with ice beneath, took the turn while accelerating... hugged the turn impressively. The cars behind me, slowly making the turn and left them in the slush. Now in my 2nd winter...looking forward to using them. Very pleased with them.
