Michelin´s best standard passenger car - minivan tire ever offering confident driving through exceptional safety, longevity and a quiet, comfortable ride so that you can protect those you care about most.

  • Exceptional grip provided by IntelliSipe™ Technology maximizes the number of sipes within the tire, which allows you to brake confidently when you need to most for greater peace of mind in stressful driving situations.
  • MaxTouch Construction combined with the interlocking action of Michelin´s Breakthrough IntelliSipe™ Technology delivers impressively long wear life by providing exceptional tread block rigidity while optimizing the tire´s contact with the road during acceleration, braking and cornering.
  • The interlocking action of IntelliSipes™ creates a more rigid tread block, which allows for a reduced starting tread depth leading to lower rolling resistance so you can save fuel without sacrificing safety or longevity.

2nd pair of Defenders for this car. The first set only went 55,000 miles so I got another set pro-rated. This second set only has 25,000 miles and they sound like mud tires for an off-road pickup. I've heard all my life how good Michelins are supposed to be but this will be my last set.

I agree with the first 2 reviews. Very disappointed at 40k miles. Front tires worn at edges. Supposedly an 80k rated tire. Rear tire loses air monthly. At least I didn't buy the hard, poor quality Yokohama's again. It shouldn't be too difficult to produce a good belted tire these days.

Must of got a bad set. The ride is super smooth. Makes the car handle great. Only ran them for a week. They were so loud it was hard to drown out the road noise with the stereo. Other than that probably a great tire.

I will never recommend a tire that is 1/2 worn out after 32 000 km when wear rating was advertized for 130 000 kms.

You are lucky to get 30,000 miles out of these tires. Not worth the premium price you have to pay for them. I do not recommend them.
