Came as OEM on my Lexus. Generally has been a competent tire. Satisfied with the ride and noise qualities. Main complaint is the treadware life. Have been in Lexus forum and the experience has been that 30,000 is the maximum you can get out of these tires and still have a reasonably good performing tires. At 25000, i stated to experience drifting (left or right) at hiway speeds. It is recommended if you have these tires that you get a new set at 25000. You can go 30000 but your handling will be a bit compromised

I got over 60,000 miles on them, I got great gas which is what they were designed to do. They were smooth and Quite, they handled well I don't know what more you could expect out of the tire.

I've got almost 60,000 on these tires and they are great. Among the best I've ever had on multiple cars.

These tires provide reasonable handling in dry and damp, not wet, conditions but ride quite hard, Despite Michelin's product description, the Energy MXV4 S8 tires are harardous in any amount of snow, transforming the vehicle into a toboggan. These tires were installed by the Toyota dealership as part of the refurbishment of this used vehicle. I have been very disappointed with any Michelin tires that have been installed on Toyota vehicles that I have purchased and I typically discard them after 20,000 kilometres and replace them with superior handling tires manufactured by Cooper. After 1000 kilometres of driving, I'm unable to comment on treadwear, however, I suspect that these tires will have long tread life due to the hardness of the rubber compound which is responsible for the atrocious performance in snow.
