My first premium winter tire and what a difference! The Xi3 excels in ice and freezing rain. Pretty good on snow and slush. But most important, it doesn't behave unpredictably in the dry, which is not the case for a lot of cheaper winter tires. Road noise is minimal all the way up to 120 km/h or so. Even with hard cornering and enjoying the fresh snow once in a while on back roads, tire wear was minimal after my first season on these.
