The CP671 provides high performance with a quite comfortable ride. Designed for all seasons, CP671´s straight wide grooves channel away water to maximize traction and avoid hydroplaning on wet roads. Acceleration is no problem - the straight center rib block aides in direction driving at high speeds and the lateral groove assure reliable traction and braking.

  • 4 Straight Wide Grooves - Maximize wet traction and anti-hydroplaning performance.
  • Rapid Angle Round Groove - Maximized noise performance.
  • Lateral Groove - A quiet, comfortable ride with great traction and braking.
  • Straight Center Rib Block - Helps directional driving stability at high speeds.

These tires came on my new GT. Never had Nexen tires before, but I'm very pleased with the general perfomance. My only beef is handling in the snow, but fortunately we don't get a huge amount in my area, St Louis. The vehicle already has 60K miles and the handling has not diminished. The tread depth is still above the safety standard minimum. Also, I have never had to rebalance. They are still very smooth and vibration free. NOTE: You MUST rotate these tires every 7500 miles to get the best performance out of them.

not sure why chrysler would put this tire on a car sold in the northeast and list it as "all purpose". This is definitely NOT a tire for winter driving...

I have been driving in New England winters for 40 years. These OE tires are without a doubt the worst tire I have ever used in winter conditions. Even tiny amounts of snow or slush make the vehicle feel skittish, unstable, and difficult to stop. Truly terrifying tires in winter.

Bought to replace a bulged out tire of this make & model factory-fitted on a Hyundai Veloster. I have not had a tire bulge on other cars prior to this, and since replacing have a bulge begun in a 2nd tire. So despite being fairly sharp handling (hard to say how much of that is the car), I would not recommend this brand/model. Also, as I have rated, snow traction is poor.
