A quiet ride all year round, is the hallmark of the CP672. An optimized sectional design reduces pattern noise for ultra-quiet driving. Stable handling and tight cornering are heightened by the rigid shoulder block design. The straight center semi-dual rib offers higher speed responsiveness as well as excellent steering. Rest assured when the roads are wet, four straight wide grooves maximize wet traction and anti-hydroplaning performance.

  • 4 Straight Wide Grooves - Maximize wet traction and anti-hydroplaning performance.
  • Straight Center Semi Dual Rib - Helps directional driving stability at high speeds and excellent steering response.
  • 5 Random Pitch Variation - Optimized sectional design to reduce pattern noise.
  • Rigid Shoulder Block Design - Enhanced cornering and handling stability.

I never heard before of Korean Nexen but I risked ... :) I drive in all conditions for 35 years and ride 32 years super sport street bike's sometimes on the race track and all the time without serious accident for now. Just like Pirelli's STR , excellent all-weather tires but almost half the price , surprisingly excellent braking in the winter cold rain ( 1celsius ) on asphalt if not greasy , good traction in slush and snow and braking too , 120 km/ h on the highway with light snow and slushy in the bar without any problem even when changing the track with only front wheel drive. When new very predictable tires . The only thing I noticed compared to a premium brand (Pirelli STR, Bridgestone Dualler ) is softer and thinner sidewall on what to look out at the curb and the sidewalk like (potholes on the road). I had the Bridgestone Dueler H / T 684, which are a disaster on the wet and dry even in the summer, although they are expensive premium tires, as they are made of plastic. Unbelievable.

I have been very happy with these for the price I paid. Tread wear is excellent @40K miles so far and more still to go. Tire noise level have been very good much less than my previous tires. I don't get a chance to drive in rain much but from little I have it is acceptable. They handle well all things considered I am not an aggressive driver. I will be buying another set once these fully wear out

When I did my research I was not sure about the Nexen Brand. A very helpful Customer rep (Lisa) from 1010 tires recommended them. Wow was she right. Great tire with responsive handling. My old ties were double the price and did not perform as well as these! Thank you Lisa and 1010 Tires! Great Recommendation!
