I enjoy driving my SL500 and routinely test its handling abilities in cornering on varied road surfaces. These Nexxen N3000 tires replaced 4 sequential sets of Michelin Sport Pilots - We are in SoCal, so snow is not an issue. Occasional rain poses no undue issues at this time. The existing set of Nexxen N3000 were installed on my MBZ Two Years ago after I perceived a recurring Q/A issue with later sets of Michelins. . I did not know what to expect from the new-to-me tires. The Nexxen were a revelation. They may not be equal to the Michelins on the ragged edge of aggressive driving, But they are more than good enough for 80 - 85% of my normal driving. The set of N3000 cost Half of what my other sets had routinely gone for. And there is No Way that the Michelins are twice as good or worth Twice the cost than Nexxen N3000. My next set of tires will likely be N3000. BTW, they are wearing just fine, so far. I have 245-18 in front / 275-18 in Rear

Just used in summer on my roadster with 535hp. Went from BFGoodrich GForce TAs to these. Nexens get better traction and ride smoother. However, not a performance tire. Tire roll is evident in even the slightest spirited turn.

absolutely ridiculous tire. cannot drive in colder weather, even if there is no snow and no rain, they just dense up and become an ice coating for your rim. tried driving on a colder Sunday morning (maybe 2 degrees Celsius.) and driving down the highway I had a blowout. A massive gash was surrounding about 2 thirds of the inner side wall. this is not a safe tire and not a quality product either, (the tires were almost brand new.) spend the money and get something nicer. also after I blew the tire I could not find them anywhere and 1010tires took about a week to tell me they didn't have 1 tire. not purchasing from nexen or 1010 ever again.
