I've laid down 37k mi on my 35 12.50x18s Trail Grappler MTs. it is riding on a JK unilimited Rubicon, and when we hit the high altitude woods for hunting all the ATVs stay on the trailers and the Jeep get filled with hunters. These tires stay at 20 psi. and ride like no other MT on the market. I crawl, mud, snow, and the winch is still in the box in my shop. The treaded sidewalls are amazing at clawing its way out of ruts in the soup. I live in offroad country and I watch KM2 get chewed up sidewalls and dry rot fairly quick. like someone else said if you own a mall-crawler get some AT/TA KOs. I've experienced issues with driving in snow at speeds of 35+ mph, but a 12.5" tire isn't going to be best.

I've been running these tires on my truck for about 20,000 km's. I live in Northern BC, where we see extremes of all four seasons. They're great tires all around, ESPECIALLY in the mud and snow. Can not get stuck it seems. On any ice however, they're not the best. The compound seems too firm for ice. But, no tire is very good on that anyways. Only complaint is noise and fuel economy. Beware, they're loud pm the highway if that bothers you. My fuel economy was definitely effected as well. Overall great tire, especially if you don't mind the sound, like an aggressive tire that will get you anywhere, last you a long time, and look great doing it.

I've rated each category of this tire based on what it is compared to its market competitors. So, no, this particular tire is not going to perform wet or dry as well, handle the same, ride as smoothly, be as quiet, or last as long as any given h/t or a/t tire. I digress. I've been running this tire for about a year and a half to the tune of 42K miles. The tire is a 275/70r18E (roughly a 34") and is on a 1/2 ton truck. With the help of nitrogen and regular rotate and balance, the tread depth gauge says I still have just over 37% tread life. I REPEAT, 42K MILES AND 35%+ TREAD LIFE. I'd tell you about all the other tires i've had before, (toyo m/t, cooper stt, goodyear) but that doesn't matter. Fact is, I'm on pace to get 55k miles out of these tires. So, if you do the math, the beloved km2's cost nearly double-- they should get 110k miles, right? Child please. The best value is evident. In conclusion: 1) Last forever (not really, but close) 2) Perform great for what they are-- *disclaimer: I guessed on the snow. I live in the south and have no idea how they do with that. 3) A value for what you get 4) They look incredible 5) The ladies love them-- Get a set of these and a couple puppies. Before you know it, you'll be beating the women off with a stick. 6) Most importantly, don't listen to those BFG-lover guys. They apparently have more money than intelligence.

I am an emergency responder in the mountains and must successfully traverse all types of terrain and weather conditions. This has been a great tire and is really fairly quiet. My only complaint is that it did cost me a couple miles per gallon, and when I get such poor mileage to begin with, that is a factor. I have begun to have problems keeping them properly balanced, most likely due to belt slippage. Time for another pair.
