I've had 5 sets of Pirelli tires over the last 20 years. Mileage is excellent - always 60-70k kms every time. Got my present car (z4) with P zero nero runflats fitted - did 65,000kms on them. Replaced with zero nero standards - as you'd expect, the ride is less harsh with the softer walls, but I'm very happy with the overall performance. My experience is that Michelin's will give you an extra 8000 - 10,000 kms but Pirelli's are significantly quieter.

Very good tire for first summer. Ran them for another 2 disappointing summers. After first year tire could not handle power of car. Even though the tires are dry, they provide enough grip for fronts. I am just using them on the front of car for now and the tires may end up with over 80,000 km. I have never driven them in the snow.

Highly recommended, i was forced to purchase Run Flat tires quick and went with Nero's. Amazing traction and sticky for cornering/maneuvering. Haven't owned long but happy with purchase, especially since i got them on sale and it cost me as much as normal tires. Haven't tried snow and not sure what "noise" means since I don't nothin' i guess it's a 5. Run flats don't last long so treadwear is as expected, however they're rated to last longer than typical RFs but we'll see...

Nice and smooth ride, handles the GT's 420HP confidently. Wet performance is good, aquaplanning is not an issue, handling is great for an OEM tire.
