The P-Zero Nero GT (nero Italian for black) is Pirelli’s Max Performance Summer tire developed for the drivers of sports cars, sporty coupes and medium-large sedans. As the evolution of Pirelli’s earlier P-Zero Nero, the P-Zero Nero GT introduces their latest technological developments to enhance product performance and tread life. Pirelli’s warranty does not cover tires that develop compound cracking due to use in ambient temperatures below 450 Fahrenheit (70 Celsius), so the P-Zero Nero GT, like all summer tires, is not intended to be driven in near-freezing temperatures, through snow or on ice.

Featuring a new compound, the P-Zero Nero GT has a balanced content of silica in order to enhance wear resistance without compromising the sportive feeling of the product in both dry and wet conditions. The compound is molded into a subtle asymmetric, wide rib tread design to increase the rigidity of the tread to resist deformation and enhance grip and steering response on a variety of road surfaces while enhancing resistance to irregular wear and generating low noise levels. Optimized in their position and width, the tire’s circumferential grooves are designed to maximize dry road performance while enhancing hydroplaning resistance.

Featuring a high-technology casing profile, the tire’s internal structure includes rayon body plies and twin steel belts reinforced by zero degree nylon that evenly distribute footprint pressure and resist deformation to promote high-speed durability.

I have had these tires 2 years and i drove the heck outta them i drive 30 min 1 way to work and drove 3000 miles round trip from missouri to idaho twice. These tires are the best i have ever owned i bought them june 2015. And 1 tire hit a nail today. Why am i happy tho with a nail in my tire.. because it lasted me 2 years walmart last me 9 months search around online u can get these pretty cheep i paid 700.$ also when i hit that nail i felt the tire hit. But i did drive 30 or 35 miles while loosing air. I trust this tire with my families safety. I think i could save the tire but i really do need knew ones but thier still great
