Great tyres in the wet and dry. Tread wear is not bad but thats the compromise for better handling. Road noise is good. An all round great tyre.

After 10,000kms they appear to have tread left but slide around corners without trying in my AWD Subaru Liberty STI . When new they were brilliant. Disappointed considering what they cost and Pirelli's reputation. Will probably go back to Kuhmo.

The car is sitting on Forged 19" wheels, 245/35 front 255/35 rears. I went from a Nitto INVO which was outstanding compared to this. I want my INVO back! This is by far the worst tire I have used on a car, I thought the OEM Firehawk (A/S 500 tread rating) couldn't be beat as far as crap tires, well these do it with flying colors. There is hardly any dry traction, unpredictable and incredibly easy to break loose, the wet is so bad there might as well be ice on the road, if I could rate the SNOW option a "Zero Rosso" I would. I almost forgot to mention, because they break loose so easy, the rears were shot in just under 6 months (8k miles), now driving on the tread bars. If this is what a "Passion" tire from pirelli drives like, then I can understand why Ferraris get plastered on barriers and walls. On a positive note, if you want an easy to drift tire this is the one for you, sitting on 2 degrees of camber the fronts held traction relatively well, shoulders wore down and switched to Falken 452. The rears sitting at 1.5 degrees of camber slide around similar to stepping on banana peels, going back to Nitto INVO on all 4 corners, they at least hold enough traction to last 25k+ driving miles.

Great tires. Handling is great. Rain not too bad. But the noise is unbearable.
