I have 4,000 miles on these tires. This includes 12 track days on a road course which is about 1,000 miles of hard running. These tires have incredible grip and are not even half worn yet which is amazing. Many other performance tires would be completely worn out by this time.

Very good tires once warmed up. On my 3rd set at 65k. Pricey but you get what you pay for. Makes my porsche handle like its on rails.

I'm extremely disappointed with the rear Pirelli P-Zeros. I’ve bought a lot of tires over the years and these rear P-Zeros are by far the worst I've ever had for treadwear. I bought a CPO 2012 BMW M3 in June 2015. The dealer told me they put brand new Pirellis on it. After noticing significant wear on the rear tires in just a couple months, I thought the dealer had lied to me. By the time I switched over to snow tires in November, the rear tires were close to bald after about 4,000 miles. After I took the snow tires off in April 2016, I replaced the rear tires with new Pirelli P-Zeros. The fronts were still like new so I didn’t replace those. Now the same thing has happened – the rear tires are badly worn again after about 4,000 miles and the fronts are still like new. Being over 60 I'm a very cautious driver -- no drifts, no quick starts or burn outs. I love my M3 but I can't imagine why BMW selected these tires for original equipment. Other than an engineering mismatch or just poor tires, the only thing I can think of is that it’s because I drive my car mostly at lower speeds on back roads and stop-and-go town streets with very little higher speed highway driving. Interestingly, the Dunlop snow tires I used over last winter showed no wear on the front and very slight wear on the rear. Needless to say, I'm not planning to put Pirellis on this BMW again.

I got about 12k miles on these Pirelli's. With a treadwear of 220, I am switching to all seasons with a 500 treadwear rating.
