    Featuring the company's UNI-T Technology, The Bridgestone® Blizzak™ WS60 incorporates the latest Bridgestone tire innovations including NanoPro-Tech and RC Polymer technologies. The Blizzak WS60 also contains Tube Multicell™ compound which wicks water away from the tire's contact patch to improve the tire's grip. Bite particles, attached to the tubes of the Multicell compound, held tight by a special coating, bite into the surface of the ice and provide extra gripping action. 3-D zigzag sipes work to disperse water away from the tire's contact patch, further enhancing grip.

    Put four of these winter tires (205/60/16) on the family car replacing General Altimax's (225/55/16) for the winter. Have been thru 3 significant snow storms in the last two years (6-12"+ snow) and the car plowed thru highway and street drifts and handled on ice with no problems. The tires do very well on wet roads also, and are fairly quiet at all speeds except in the 20-30MPH range. Treadwear is just OK; have 1/4" tread left with 11K+ miles in 60/40 city/highway driving. Would buy these again if the tread hardness was increased slightly.

    I have a cadillac cts and had brand new Goodyear eagle all season on it. I put on these bridgestone ws60 on it and it was night and day. This car is awesome in the snow would recommend to everyone.

    86 Ford Mustang 5.0 - I PUT THE WS50 ON MY FOX BODY MUSTANG AND A FEW BAGS OF SALT IN THE HATCH, HEH HEH HEH, I WAS MORE SURE-FOOTED THAN A BILLY GOAT! I WAS CRUISING ABOVE SPEED LIMIT IN THE WORST SNOWY ICY CONDITIONS WHILE ALL THE SUV's WERE SPINNING OUT AND IN THE DITCH! LOL.......BEST WINTER TIRES EVER!!!!!! Totally worth the money. Just make sure you swap em out when the weather warms up or else they'll melt...lol. I've had mine on secondary alloy rims for over 5 years now and they still look new!
