  • G35Coupe6MT - 255x40xR19 - Put on 2-rear GRB's. Problem#1, VDC didnt like mismatched F/R tires.Any offamp w/speed, say at 120, ECU kicks in & causes me 2 loose control as the brain interveines. It was quite intrusive & dangrus for 2wks, but soon the car's artif. intel. learns that taking corners on 2whls is normal for Ms. Daisy & I. Both my '03 & '06 behaved simil. on nu tires. Now I have a gash on sidewall & am fighting w/ Dist Tires 2replace- the tires are 16wks nu & it lookslike a defect vs. an antler hole (from that deer incident the w/ the lady in the wheelchair). Overall, was quite "fawnd" of GRB's perfrm. until the sidewall prob &wont be happy 2 pay $3or $6OO 4two nu ones. If they warranty it, stick w/GRBs. If not, maybe Dunlops or Yoko again. Worst-yet, my 03 had 18" tires @ $1OOea But up 1" on '06 Infin. to 19s, the $ TRIPELS. It's almost not worth the extra inch, ...but try telling that 2my girlfriend

  • VW VR6 GTi - 225/45/17 - Excellent tires for the money. Besides, you will get monster grip on dry and wet. Be aware they will last as they say in their treadwear, 280. Be careful when they worn out. I am trying a new Falken model, ZE512

  • 5.0 Mustang - 225/55-16 - These tires feel like riding on balloons or jello. Responsiveness is poor. Tread is well over half gone at 12,000 miles. Handling is much worse than Bridgestone Re-730s with 35,000 miles. Tires do not flat spot when skidding in emergency stop which is often. Traction in cornering is not too bad. Tires spin much more easily when accelerating after first couple thousand miles. Car is loud, so I can't tell about noise.

  • C32 AMG - 245-40-17 - Bought these to replace my OEM Michelin Pilots. Not as much traction as the Pilots in the dry, wet traction is comparable to the Pilots. Ride is softer and sterring response is not as crisp as the pilots. At lower temperatures the tires do not grip as well, they have to be warm. For the price they are a nice. But if you dirve your car hard I would suggest the Pilots.
