I bought these after sliding around on a set of Yokohamas for 18 months. We have driven out east in blinding rainstorms with slippery pavement. We've driven around town on all the snow-covered roads and out in the country on snow, ice, and dry pavement. Most impressive was an ice storm that hit and while others were stuck on the hills, the Destination would spin a bit until it found the slightest purchase and off we'd go. I love these tires. I drive country roads to come home after working the PM shift and I always feel confident with these tires and using good driving skills.

Jeep Liberty - 235/70R16 - Good points: dry and wet traction on both city and highway; nice handling on winding back roads; tread wear - so far so good (40K). Not so good points: noisy tire, even after regular rotations (every 3K); okay in light snow but not in heavy snow or ice. Prefer the Bridgestone Dueler HL Alenza for both my Jeep and Durango.

2006 Chevrolet 4x4 ECSB - We just received around 12 to 14 inches of snow in our area and these tires were pretty impressive in the snow, as usual the little SUV's with street tires were all getting stuck and I had no issues. I had to log around 300 miles through this snow going to the airport and other locations picking up family. I have only had these tires for a few months so the jury is still out on longevity of this tire, they are quiet and do rode well though, so far so good!!! At this point I would buy these again.
