REALIZING THAT ROAD CONDITIONS (WERE YOU LIVE) WILL PAY A BIG PART IN TIRE WEAR. I LIVE IN A MOUNTAIN RANGE AND THE ROADS ARE NOT KEPT UP AS NEEDED. VERY CURVY AND OFF CAMBER DRIVING. TIRE WEAR WITH PROPER ALIGNMENT AND UP KEPT VEHICLE FOR MY AREA IS GREAT. SNOW WITH A 2WD VEHICLE IS A CHALLENGE REGARDLESS OF WHAT TIRE YOU RUN. I HAVE UP SIZED TO A 235-70-15 AND LOVE THE OVER ALL PERFORMANCE OF THESE TIRES. FIRESTONE AND BRIDGESTONE MAKE A GREAT TIRE. SOME PEOPLE COMPLAIN ABOUT THE TIRE WONDERS AND HANDLE BAD A TIRE CAN ONLY BE AS GOOD AS THE UP KEEP OF THE VEHICLE. I RECOMMEND THIS TIRE HIGHLY AND IF YOU ARE AN AVID DRIVER WITH SPIRITED MOMENTS THIS TIRE WILL DELIVER. IF YOU WANT A RACING TIRE BUY A RACING TIRE. WILL BUY THEM AGAIN AND AGAIN.

2004 Ford Ranger 2.3L XLT - P225/70R15 - Great tires. 15k miles on them and the tread is like new, and they still look great.

1988 Mustang LX 5.0 - 215/65/15 front, 255/60/15 rear - I got these tires because I wanted my wife to be safe while driving her '88 Mustang in the rain. They haven't let us down. They are terrific in the wet and dry and look great. Cooper Cobras were on the car when I bought it and they were awful in the wet. With posi-traction and a little power, it was way too easy to break traction. My wife hated it. Now, with the Firehawks, we spin our tires only when we want to. I also have a 1966 Ford Galaxie 500 and it wears these tires also.
