I bought these tires because I had the tire that it replaced in the line-up (the General Exclaim UHP, which I loved!) two times before, the were on the car when I bought it, and I bought them again because they were great, affordable tires. So far I've had the GMAX's on for approx 2000 miles and I really don't like them, I won't say I hate them, but pretty close. They no where near match the handling of the Exclaims in the dry, probably due to less rigid side walls, wet grip seems on par. They do offer a more comfortable ride, but they ROAR going down the road worse than the last set of BFG All-Terrain T/A tires I had on my 97 4Runner, that were 285 wide! And they seem to be a lot more marshmallowy (if that's a word) feeling. I have yet to find out about tread wear with only 2000 miles but they seem to be doing OK in that aspect so far, they have a better treadwear rating than the Exclaims, but we'll see. I gave them 3's on treadwear and snow because I haven't had them long enough to get them in snow either. I can't say that I would buy these tires again. PLEASE GENERAL, BRING BACK THE EXCLAIMS!!!!

I brought my Acura 2009 Tl brand new with Mich tires my car drive hard, every pot hole I hit i could feel the rattle it was never a comfrotable ride. I just purchased 4 Gmax tires which I have been driving for a week now and my car hasn't driven this smooth since I brought it. I'am very please with my choice of finding.. so far these tires have started to make me ride more like a luxury ride. I would reccomend these to any of my friends or someone looking for great comfortable ride.. haven't driven in the snow as of yet, will review in about 7-8 mnts.. welcome to New England
